We are delighted to introduce you to our new Front Office Manager Carolin Krüger – a true expert in the hotel industry with an exciting CV and a heart that beats for hospitality.

Carolin, a native of charming Wuppertal, discovered her passion for the hotel industry during her studies in Hotel and Hospitality Management at the renowned “Hotelschool The Hague” in The Hague. The decisive factors in her decision to study tourism in the Netherlands were her great interest in foreign languages and the experience she gained during a hotel internship. She successfully completed her studies in winter 2017.

Her professional career began at Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf, where she worked in PR & Marketing. Her first management position as Service, Bar & Front Office Supervisor awaits her at Ruby Hotels in Düsseldorf. She will then return to Spain, where she went to school, to work as Deputy Front Office Manager at the Robinson Club in Fuerteventura from 2021.

Carolin not only has a strong affinity for the hotel industry, but also a connection to the Upper Swabia region through her boyfriend, who is from Biberach. She is positively surprised by the town of Ravensburg and the surrounding area – she finds the tradition, values and boutique character of our hotel particularly appealing.

In her new position as Front Office Manager, Carolin works closely with the hotel management and housekeeping. As the contact person for team members and guests, she coordinates all matters relating to reception, reservations, guest requests and team composition. In her first days and weeks with us, she feels warmly welcomed, enjoys a good induction and sets herself the goal of improving structures and promoting communication within the team.

Carolin experiences her work in the hotel industry as an absolute enrichment, characterized by the joy of dealing with people and the challenge of giving every guest an unforgettable time. Her position offers an exciting mix of work in the back office, coordination of duty rosters and controlling tasks as well as direct guest contact at reception during peak periods or for individual inquiries. She really appreciates the variety and diversity in her current position.

In her free time, Carolin enjoys spending time in the mountains of Andalusia, mostly on horseback. Her other hobbies include running, yoga and hiking. A passionate AirBnB traveler and bookworm, she loves discovering new places and enjoys eating and drinking in the company of her family and dog. Always on the move and close to nature, Carolin Krüger embodies the essence of a committed, versatile person, both professionally and privately.
