Jonathan, our bar manager, is the creative mind and ensures unforgettable taste explosions with his attention to detail. His favorite cocktail, the Rum Sour, is a true symphony for the palate. Together with Fynn and Marius, he conjures up unique cocktail creations time and again. You have a hard time deciding when looking at our bar menu? Our bartenders have a knack for that, too, because they will also be happy to conjure up your very own individual cocktail of choice.

The perfect cocktail for those who like things a little tart: with fresh lemon juice, bourbon whiskey and a dash of sugar syrup, the Whiskey Sour is the perfect companion for your evening. The best part? The recipe is super simple!
All you need is:
- 60 ml Bourbon Whiskey
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- dash of sugar syrup
Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Then strain and pour into a glass with fresh ice cubes. Your whiskey sour is ready! Also try a variation with egg whites for an extra creamy consistency or replace the bourbon with rye whiskey for a spicier note.
Do you love the taste of fresh espresso? Then you should definitely try an espresso martini! This cocktail makes all frahling lovers hearts beat faster.
For our creative espresso martini you need:
- 30 ml fresh espresso
- 45 ml Vodka
- 15 ml vanilla syrup
- 15 ml cream
- 1-2 coffee beans
- Ice cubes
Put the fresh espresso, vodka, vanilla syrup and cream in a shaker and add some ice cubes. Shake vigorously until everything is well mixed and a fine foam is formed. Pour the cocktail into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a coffee bean. Voila!
Negroni, an Italian classic, is a refreshing and spicy cocktail made with gin, Campari and red vermouth. With its strong and bitter taste, the Negroni is a perfect drink for anyone looking for a powerful and invigorating drink.
To make a classic Negroni you will need:
- 30 ml of Gin
- 30 ml Campari
- 30 ml Red Vermouth
- Orange peel
- Ice cubes
First, take a glass and fill it with ice cubes. Then add the gin, Campari and red vermouth to the glass and stir gently. Then peel an orange peel and garnish the cocktail with it.
Enjoy the refreshing and invigorating taste of the Negroni. Try this cocktail with different variations as well, such as a Negroni Sbagliato with Prosecco instead of gin or a White Negroni with Lillet Blanc instead of red vermouth.
