Experience the world of champagne on 15 November 2024. For the second champagne evening in the Kaisersaal, Holger Birner and his team are focussing on the sparkling wines from Champagne Bollinger. The company, which has been family-run since 1889, has more than 150 hectares of vineyards and is one of the last remaining independent champagne houses. This comprehensive Winemaking expertise will be revealed to you on our champagne evening with 10 exquisite champagnes. You will also enjoy an exquisite 5-course menu prepared by our chef Kevin Leitner, accompanied by a refreshing aperitif, water and coffee.

The evening will be commented on by Peter Balzerowiak, long-time wine and champagne expert and Fine Wine Manager of the exclusive German Bollinger importer ‘Grand Cru Select’.
