And the name speaks for itself: Visitors to the “Ravensburger Spieleland” theme park will experience many of the classic games in XXL format. There are more than 70 attractions to discover in eight theme worlds. There are also lots of sports on offer in Ravensburg: Ice skating at the skating rink in winter and bathing fun on the Flappachbad lake in summer are just two of the many possibilities that families can enjoy here.

Sightseeing by the lake

A wealth of leisure attractions, excursion destinations and entertainment venues can be found on the banks of the beautiful Lake Constance. The Dornier Museum in Friedrichshafen, an aerospace museum for inquiring minds, the Affenberg monkey forest in Salem for adventurers and the Zeppelin flight for high-flyers. Due to our proximity to Lake Constance with highlights such as Mainau garden island or the Pfänder mountain in Bregenz, you are spoilt for choice when deciding where to go for your next day trip.

Off to the mountains

The landscapes in the Upper Swabian, Allgäu and Vorarlberg region are of unmistakable beauty and surprisingly varied. Ravensburg – in the heart of the Lake Constance-Upper Swabian region – is the starting point for gentle walking trails, adventurous hiking trails and daring climbing routes. Our ravine landscape, the Karren mountain in Austria and the Hoher Kasten and Säntis mountains in Switzerland are the first ports of call for this.
