Festival of lights in Ravensburg

The Festival of Lights lets Ravensburg shine again!
On Saturday, March 2, 2024, more than one hundred illuminated figures will transform the streets around Ravensburg’s Marienplatz into a unique sea of lights.

Under the motto “Earth”, one thousand creative citizens have created breathtaking figures over the past few months. The parade starts at 6 pm and promises to bathe the city center in a magical glow, accompanied by the magical energy of the figures made of willow rods, tissue paper and warm white LEDs.

The Ravensburg Festival of Lights is a festival for the whole family and everyone is invited to make their own figures, spontaneously take part in the parade or enjoy the special atmosphere along the way. Art objects and activities are spread across the city until 11 pm. There will be a musical program on stages at Marienplatz and Holzmarkt before and after the parade. A festival full of joy, solidarity and amazed visitors – a joyful celebration of togetherness!
