We would like to introduce our hotel manager Bernadette Leitner. With her experience and impressive passion for the hotel industry, she enriches our team.

Bernadette Leitner began her career after completing her training as a hotel manageress at the renowned Hotel Königshof in Munich. There she was able to prove her talent and passion for the hotel industry and was subsequently taken on. In search of new challenges, her path led her through various hotels in cities such as Munich, San Sebastian and Berlin.

The longing for her homeland brought Bernadette back to Lake Constance, where she first worked at the Hotel Riva in Constance before taking the next step in her career in 2019: as a receptionist, she took on a central role in the new opening of the Seehotel Villa Linde in Bodman-Ludwigshafen. After a well-deserved mommy break, Bernadette is now pursuing her professional passion again – as our new hotel manager at the Hotel Kaiserhof Ravensburg.

For Bernadette, working in the hotel and hospitality industry means “everything”. The variety, the inspiring exchange with guests and new challenges every day… that’s what she loves about her job. Her main concern is to make both guests and staff happy.

What particularly attracted her to the challenge of the “Kaiserhof” was the history of the hotel and the enormous potential of the city of Ravensburg – as well as the collaboration with her husband Kevin, who works for us as head chef. The young, dynamic team and the impressive appearance of the hotel fascinated her from the very beginning. Together with her colleagues, it is her goal to successfully set up the hotel for the future and make it the best address in Ravensburg.

As hotel manager at the Kaiserhof, Bernadette Leitner is the first point of contact for staff and guests. She addresses all concerns and is always looking for solutions to optimise the structures. She also pays attention to the small details: personal attentions that make the guests’ stay an unforgettable experience.

In her free time, Bernadette is first and foremost a loving mum. She enjoys spending time with her family and meeting friends. Good restaurants and exquisite hotels are also a must. So she and her husband like to pay a visit to colleagues in the industry from time to time – like recently in Mammertsberg in Switzerland.
