We are delighted to introduce Theresa Stetter, our Deputy Front Office Manager at the Hotel Kaiserhof. Theresa has been an integral part of our team since the hotel opened two years ago – and an indispensable support for guests and colleagues alike. With her commitment, professionalism and warm demeanor, she has made an essential contribution to establishing our hotel as a first-class address in Ravensburg.

As Deputy Front Office Manager, Theresa ensures that every guest feels the unique feel-good atmosphere of our hotel from the moment they check in. But that’s not all: as a qualified hotel manager, she is the first point of contact and trainer for our hotel management trainees. She passes on her extensive knowledge and passion for the hotel industry to the next generation. With a lot of patience, empathy and her enthusiasm for the profession, she is a role model for our young all-rounders.

Theresa’s adopted home is Ravensburg, where she loves spending time with friends and being surrounded by people. Her enthusiasm for art, museums and city trips is reflected in her numerous tips for a short stay in Ravensburg. As a breakfast lover, she particularly appreciates the regional offerings of our hotel. In her free time, she enjoys the close proximity to Lake Constance, her great love and a perfect balance between nature and culture.
