Accessible, modern dishes characterize Kevin Leitner’s philosophy. In the modern kitchen in the glass cube, he uses only the highest quality products. He attaches great importance to regionality. The Kaisersaal stands for culinary delights at the highest level, without being pretentious.
The Kaisersaal will open its doors from February 26, 2024. In the first week, initially for a soft opening with a specially created menu. From March 4, we look forward to delighting you with a full menu and our creative à la carte dishes.

Tradition reinterpreted
Our restaurant has its origins in the Kaisersaal of the same name, built in 1899. At the time, it was known for its exuberant dancing and excellent cuisine. People met, asked each other to dance and enjoyed fine food and drink to make the evening golden. Today, around 100 years later, the Kaisersaal has been given a new lease of life.
Carefully preserved stucco ceilings and mirrored walls meet modern boutique elements, combining tradition with modernity. We know where we come from and what we stand for today: Hospitality with a great passion for craftsmanship, tradition and trends. Enjoy the moment – with an exquisite menu, the seasonally changing à la carte dishes or at exuberant events reminiscent of the golden 20s.
Holger Birner is a passionate host who leaves nothing to chance – always with a fine sense for the right wines and words.
