Four Hands Dinner
with Philipp Heid
On October 27, 2023, we welcome guest chef Philipp Heid. Together with Kevin Leitner, he creates a refined 6-course menu in the Kaisersaal. His impressive career led him to the “Prisma” in Vitznau, Switzerland, where he earned a coveted Michelin star with his innovative fusion cuisine. Back in his homeland, he is now at the forefront of the culinary development of the restaurant at the Hotel Maier in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach – a heartfelt project. Slow food with exquisite products from small manufacturers, innovative farmers, or organic wineries around Lake Constance and the Alpine region is the philosophy of the “Speiserei im Maier.”
