Our chef de cuisine
Food juggler, food artist, taster or simply Chef de Cuisine: Kevin Leitner.
We are pleased to introduce our Chef de Cuisine at Kaiserhof: Kevin Leitner. As Chef de Cuisine, he is responsible for the culinary component of unforgettable experiences in the Kaisersaal and inspiring encounters at Hermanns. What attracted him to the task? “The Kaiserhof is the most exciting hotel project in the region. The level of the hotel should also be reflected in the gastronomy. With my signature, I want to offer excellent cuisine here.”
He already has stations in renowned houses in Munich, Berlin and on the beautiful Lake Constance behind him. Now the top chef from Haslach is happy to be back home. When Kevin is not in the kitchen or eating his way through the menus of regional restaurants and inns, he spends a lot of time with his little family. He loves to be out in nature – fishing and picking mushrooms. So completely without the reference to the food it goes then nevertheless not completely.
We are looking forward to the creative cuisine under Kevin’s leadership and are excited to see what inspiration and delicacies he will bring to the Kaiserhof.
