The Kaisersaal in Ravensburg, which only opened in March last year, has immediately won remarkable awards in the culinary world. With three toques in the prestigious Gault&Millau guide, 8 pans in the Gusto restaurant guide and 87 points and 2 forks in the Falstaff Guide 2025, we have received recognition that confirms our work and our philosophy.

Gault&Millau

Three toques from Gault&Millau – recognition for our passion
The Gault&Millau restaurant guide has awarded the Kaisersaal three toques. This immediately makes it the front-runner among the new restaurants in Germany included in Gault&Millau. The three toques category stands for the highest quality and creativity as well as the best possible preparation.  Head chef Kevin Leitner, who came to us with his experience from Munich, Berlin and Lake Constance, brings a new dimension of gastronomy to Ravensburg with his signature style.

“We are proud of the rating. It shows that our commitment and passion for excellent cuisine has been well received,” says head chef Kevin Leitner. We want to delight guests with a stylish combination of classic dishes and modern influences. In the historic glass cube of the Kaisersaal, with its exposed stucco ceilings, our guests can expect a unique ambience that harmoniously combines tradition and modernity.

Gusto

8 pans from Gusto: A pan-tastic incentive
We were also awarded 8 pans by the restaurant guide Gusto. This rating underlines the overall quality of our establishment – from the creative cuisine to the excellent service. Our restaurant manager and sommelier Holger Birner ensures that every visit is an unforgettable experience with perfect wine recommendations and an attentive team.
